Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Siegel Academy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services
Siegel Academy is a therapeutic support school that provides:
- Individual and group therapy sessions
- Mentor sessions for life goal planning
- Social skills and sharing circles
- Gaming and connection groups
- 24/7 chat-based support and community access
Important: Siegel Academy does not issue diplomas or academic credentials. We are a therapeutic support school that works alongside accredited educational programs. We help families find appropriate online schools for official academic credentials.
Eligibility
Our services are available to students ages 3 to 26. For students under 18, enrollment and participation require parental or guardian consent and involvement. Parents or guardians are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during enrollment
- Ensuring the student's participation in scheduled sessions
- Communicating with our team about the student's needs
- Providing necessary technical equipment for online participation
Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment Process
Enrollment involves an interview process with the parent/guardian, the student, and then a family meeting together. There are no required documents to begin the process. Upon mutual agreement, we create a personalized plan based on the student's needs.
Fees and Payment
Our services are billed according to the agreed-upon plan. Current pricing includes:
- Monthly Membership: $200/month (may be waived for financial need)
- Individual Therapy: $90/session
- Group Sessions: $30/class
- Mentor Sessions: $30/session
- Gaming Groups: $15/hour
Payment terms and schedules will be discussed during enrollment. Financial aid is available for qualifying families.
Code of Conduct
All participants in Siegel Academy services are expected to:
- Treat all staff, students, and family members with respect
- Maintain confidentiality about other students and their situations
- Participate in sessions in good faith and with a genuine desire to grow
- Use the chat and communication features appropriately
- Report any concerns about safety or wellbeing to staff
We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these expectations, particularly those that impact the safety or wellbeing of others.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of student information in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethics. Information shared during therapy and other sessions is confidential, with exceptions required by law (such as mandatory reporting of child abuse or imminent danger to self or others).
We do not share student information with other educational institutions or third parties without parental consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Services
Siegel Academy services are not intended to replace:
- Emergency mental health services or crisis intervention
- Psychiatric medication management
- Inpatient or residential treatment
- Medical care
If a student is experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Siegel Academy website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Siegel Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Siegel Academy provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality therapeutic and educational support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Each student's progress depends on many factors, including their individual circumstances, participation, and external support systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siegel Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- There are safety concerns for staff or other students
- The student's needs exceed what we can appropriately provide
- There are repeated violations of the code of conduct
- Payment obligations are not met
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify enrolled families of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
